East Hamilton Tiger Cats Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Details
This promotional offer is valid from July 15th through September 30th, 2025. It applies exclusively to cardlock purchases by cardlock customers (each a “Participant”) at Parkland Corporations’ East Hamilton Pipeline Commercial Cardlock location. Retail and in-store purchases are excluded. The offer includes non-exchangeable tickets for the Friday, October 24, 2025 home game against the Ottawa Redblacks. Customers will have 4 business days to accept tickets upon notification of winning. Failure to accept within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the tickets. If participants cannot accept digital tickets, will call tickets will be available at the box office on game day. Additional conditions may apply.

2. Eligibility Criteria

a. Eligible Participants: This offer is open to individuals who are legal residents of Canada and are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

b. Exclusions: Employees, officers, and directors of Parkland Corporation and or operators of the East Hamilton cardlock, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

c. Purchase Requirement: Only cardlock purchases made at the specified location during the promotional period are eligible for this offer.

3. Limitations

a. Non-Transferable: The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.

b. One Entry Per Person: Each eligible Participant will automatically receive one entry per transaction at the East Hamilton Pipeline Cardlock during the promotional period.

c. Subject to Availability: The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without notice at the discretion of Parkland Corporation.

4. Legal Disclaimers

a. No Liability: Parkland Corporation is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues that may arise during the promotional period.

b. Modification Rights: Parkland Corporation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.

c. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

5. Data Privacy

a. Collection of Information: By participating in this offer, Participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Parkland Corporation for the purposes of administering the offer and in accordance with Parkland Corporation's privacy policy.

b. Use of Information: Personal information collected from Participants will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the administration of the offer or as required by law.

6. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in this promotional offer, Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Parkland Corporation, which are final and binding in all respects.

Modalités et conditions de la promotion des Tiger Cats à East Hamilton

1. Détails de l’offre
L’offre promotionnelle est en vigueur du 15 juillet au 30 septembre 2025. Elle s’applique exclusivement aux achats des clients du réseau cardlock (chacun, un « Participant ») qui sont effectués à la station cardlock Pipeline Commercial de Corporation Parkland située à East Hamilton. Les achats au détail et les achats dans les dépanneurs sont exclus. L’offre comprend des billets non échangeables pour assister au match à domicile du vendredi 24 octobre 2025 contre les Redblacks d’Ottawa. À la réception de l’avis qu’ils ont gagné des billets, les Participants disposeront de 4 jours ouvrables pour les accepter. S’ils ne les acceptent pas dans ce délai, les Participants seront réputés avoir renoncé aux billets. Si les Participants ne peuvent pas accepter les billets numériques, ils pourront se présenter à la billetterie le jour du match pour les récupérer. Des conditions supplémentaires peuvent s’appliquer.

2. Critères d’admissibilité

a. Participants admissibles : L’offre s’adresse aux résidents autorisés du Canada qui sont âgés d’au moins 18 ans au moment de leur participation à l’offre.

b. Exclusions : Les employés, les dirigeants et les administrateurs de Corporation Parkland et des exploitants de la station cardlock située à East Hamilton, ainsi que les membres de leur groupe, leurs filiales, leurs agences publicitaires et promotionnelles et les membres de leur famille immédiate ne sont pas admissibles à l’offre.

c. Exigence d’achat : Seuls les achats effectués à la station cardlock indiquée durant la période promotionnelle sont admissibles à l’offre.

3. Restrictions

a. Offre non transférable : L’offre n’est pas transférable et ne peut être échangée contre de l’argent ou des biens ou services.

b. Une participation par personne : Chaque Participant admissible recevra automatiquement une participation par transaction effectuée à la station cardlock Pipeline Commercial de East Hamilton durant la période promotionnelle.

c. Sous réserve de la disponibilité : L’offre est conditionnelle à la disponibilité et peut être retirée ou modifiée sans préavis, au gré de Corporation Parkland.

4. Mentions juridiques

a. Absence de responsabilité : Corporation Parkland n’est pas responsable des dysfonctionnements techniques, des participations perdues ou retardées, ni d’aucun autre problème pouvant survenir pendant la période promotionnelle.

b. Droits de modification : Corporation Parkland se réserve le droit de modifier ou de suspendre l’offre ou encore d’y mettre fin, à tout moment et sans préavis.

c. Lois applicables : Les présentes modalités et conditions sont régies par les lois de la province de l’Ontario et par les lois fédérales du Canada qui s’y appliquent.

5. Protection des renseignements personnels

a. Collecte de renseignements personnels : En participant à l’offre, les Participants consentent à ce que leurs renseignements personnels soient recueillis, utilisés et communiqués par Corporation Parkland aux fins d’administration de l’offre et conformément à la politique de protection des renseignements personnels de Corporation Parkland.

b. Utilisation des renseignements personnels : Les renseignements personnels qui seront recueillis auprès des Participants ne seront pas communiqués à des tiers, sauf dans la mesure nécessaire à l’administration de l’offre ou si la loi l’exige.

6. Acceptation des modalités
En participant à l’offre promotionnelle, les Participants acceptent d’être liés par les présentes modalités et conditions et les décisions de Corporation Parkland, qui sont exécutoires et sans appel à tous les égards.
